Please know that Facebook does not give us any kind of authorization for refunds or personal/financial information from anyone that donates to one of our fundraisers. We can only control the donations made directly on our website.

Facebook has specific instructions for the donor to reach out directly to Facebook to request a refund via their Payment Support form.

In our experience, we’ve had an error payment processed before, and they could get their refund fairly quickly.
