Affiliated Photographers are expected to send image galleries via the session log in their Volunteer Account. This is the required method of delivery to the family. The session log automatically uploads images through a NILMDTS ShootProof account. Volunteers do not need individual ShootProof accounts and should NOT deliver from their own image galleries for retention and protection of images.
If a family does not have an email address, each session must still be uploaded to the session log within your Volunteer Account. Then you can print the standard gallery delivery letter to postal mail to the family. Please take a moment to review the Delivering a Session lesson within volunteer training for further guidance.
